SHIPPING:

 

Shipping fees are calculated via USPS using item(s) weight and shipping destination. The local promo code is EXCLUSIVELY for customers local to the Buffalo, NY area. If you are NOT local to Buffalo, NY and use the delivery promo code you will be contacted with and invoice displaying applicable shipping fees. If you do not respond to the email/invoice or pay your shipping fee balance within 7 business days your order will be cancelled.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

 

Once your order has been shipped it can not be cancelled mid transit. In the event that you wish to cancel your order once it has been shipped you must send us an email stating you wish to return your item(s). Once the buyer receives the item(s) the buyer will be responsible for paying applicable shipping charges. Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect them to ensure they are in the original condition they were sent in. Once the condition has been verified a refund will be issued and you will be notified via email. 

 

RETURNS:

 

We try our best to ensure that our customers receive quality products in a timely manner. In the unlikely even that you have received the wrong item, wrong size or you feel there is a defect with your item please send us an email clearly explains what the/concern might be. If the item is defective please submit a photo of the defected area and will work promptly in processing your return and getting you the correct item.
